94 POINTS & 5 STARS: Sam Kim, Wine Orbit

"Bright, even, pale straw-yellow with a hint of peach. Bubbles are extremely fine and persistent. The wine has an elegantly soft bouquet, aromas of stone fruit, quince, entwined with dried flower, preserved citrus, pastry and a positive oxidative undertone. Medium-full bodied, good palate weight, aromas of preserved lemon, apricot, quince lead by a balance, lively acid line. Subtle nuance of baked loaf, raw almonds unfold with dried flower and yeasty autolysis. The wine has Champagne's classic nuance and complexity, flowing harmoniously on a slightly chalky, creamy mouthfeel, growing in presence. The fruit shows purity and good energy, persist on the palate to a bright, lingering finish."

Supremely elegant and enticing with nectarine, Gala apple, white floral and golden pastry aromas, it’s impressively concentrated in the mouth offering creamy texture and seamless flow, well supported by bright acidity. Splendidly refined and persistent

Overall an impressive champagne and excellent buying at this price!
