Ilegal Reposado Mezcal 700ml

100% Espadín agave grown in the fields of Tlacolula, Mexico.

This is a delicious Reposado Mezcal from the Ilegal company. It's distilled at Destileria Tlacolula in Oaxaca, Mexico, and is double distilled in copper stills. It's then aged in American oak before bottling.

Slightly woody, caramel-like aromas. Baked agave, cassia bark and chilli. On the palate, it's butterscotch and caramel. Soft wood smoke, cedar, pipe tobacco and agave. Dried herbs. Oaky, woody finish. Cocoa powder and orange rinds.
