This blend of native grape varieties is Cesari’s introduction into this classic region is produced from vineyards scattered throughout the historic Classico area of the Valpolicella appellation. Delicate in texture a fresh bouquet and aromas of cherries, wild flowers, and earthy complexity on the nose. A well-balanced wine with a lively, vibrant, eminently drinkable structure that comes from its fresh acidity, rather than oak. This is a lighter wine style excellent wine for everyday consumption and to enjoy with simple fare such as tomato-based pasta dishes and grilled white meat.
